Well it’s a big market out there and there are quite a few accountants vying for your services.....

 

We’re one of them and we’d like to use this page to help you compare accounting and tax services available to the contractor and freelancer. We aim to give the best value for money service so it helps us to continually compare ourselves against our competitors too.

 

You’ll see below that we’ve put together a table listing the services provided for the ‘specialist’ contractor accountancy market and the price charged. We’re not looking to show up anyone, or be a bunch of smarties as we can’t stand the points scoring that accountants tend to engage in - so we’re not naming any names; neither, of course, would we want to do their advertising for them be it good or bad! All we’re doing is listing facts that are accessible through a basic internet search - we just want to help you to decide who you want to spend your hard earned on.

 

One thing we would say though is that you give preference to someone who is a qualified chartered accountant. Please look at the article we have written here just so you know that the one little(-ish) word ‘accountant’ can mean many, many things here in the UK.
